Our goal is to give our customers the exact delivery time and to adhere to it. We take the indicated delivery time very seriously!
The products are usually made within 1-2 weeks and the delivery time is added. The delivery time in the EU member states is usually 2-5 days, it depends on which delivery medium you are in.
We always strive to ensure that our customers receive the product they purchase as quickly and safely as possible.
In all cases, we will notify our customers by e-mail when the product is ready and they are on the way with the courier.
If our customer is not satisfied with the product, we will refund the price of the product within 14 DAYS (EXCEPT CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS: all printed panels, custom size, custom color painting). The price of the product will of course only be refunded if the product and packaging are returned to us undamaged (please pack the returned product very carefully!) If only the packaging is damaged – the packaging price will be deducted from the refundable price of 10EUR price!
If the customer does not receive the product he ordered or our company makes another error in the delivery of the products, we will reimburse the delivery cost of returning the products to the customer, but only up to the amount previously paid by the customer for the delivery of the products.
Customers can cancel their order at any time before delivery. By e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone + 3670289-19-47 (in Hungarian or English) Indicate their name and the name of the ordered product (s).
There is no possibility to cancel the order for INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS !!!!!!

FREIGHT DAMAGE DIRECTIVES
The products may be damaged during shipment, PERFECT ACOUSTIC will do its best to check the customers are not responsible. Damage resulting from shipping must be reported to our company IMMEDIATELY. Such damages will be settled between PERFECT ACOUSTIC and the courier company. If your order is shipped by courier there are a few things you definitely need to know. If you sign and receive the package / product and do not inspect it before signing, you waive your right to recover your claim for damages, even if the damage is “hidden”. Immediately inspect the product for shipping damage. Regulations of the National Claims Council provide that:

4.Immediately notify PERFECT ACOUSTIC by e-mail of the detected damage. In any case, send a picture, pictures where the damage is clearly visible! !
5.Be sure to keep the damaged packaging and products until the courier company inspects the product. This is so that the courier company can make sure that the product is actually damaged during transport.
