I created an acoustics blog to share our experiences.
We gained our knowledge while using acoustic measurement and sound absorbing panels. We constantly visit the studios, cinemas and hi-fi rooms, offices. Meanwhile, we meet a lot of rooms, equipment and people. Each room promises different challenges.
As we overcome these problems, we also learn. There are different problems in each room. Drawing from these, I describe our experience. What is right and what is not. What should be used in a room and what should not. What materials to use, what to put where and what mistakes you should not make.
Many people gain knowledge about forums and and other places, which can unfortunately be so misleading. There are no stone-carving rules in acoustics. That is why it is very difficult to determine what is right and what is not. Plenty of experience is needed to eliminate an anomaly.
Room acoustics are essential to achieve good sound.
Therefore, what in most cases is a truck with a variety of acoustic elements:
- sound absorbing panels
and we go to the scene with other sound-absorbing elements. Here, we arrange the rooms with continuous measurement to create the most optimal sound.
